Download/Export a report of members from one or more Pools

19 STEPS

1. This tutorial will demonstrate how to download a report for one or more pools.

To start, click Directory.

2. Note that the column -- Pools -- is not displayed by default, however it is available as a column.

3. To display a column, click Actions

4. Click Columns

5. Double-click Pools to move it from the left side of the shuttle to the right side so it is displayed.

6. Click Apply

7. The Pools that each person is in is displayed under the Pools column.

8. To filter the directory by a pool, expand the Filters banner by clicking on the down arrow.

9. Double-click the pool you want to filter by to move it from the left side of the shuttle to the right side.

In this example, we will filter by the Mahopac Soccer Spring 2024 pool.

10. The Directory is now filtered by this pool.

To download this report, click Actions.

11. Click Download

12. Choose the format you want your report to be by clicking on it. You can choose CSV, HTML, Excel, or PDF.

14. Click Download to download your report.

15. Click Close when finished.

16. To include people across more than one pool, expand the Filter banner.

Double-click the other pools you are interested in to move them from the left to the right side of the shuttle.

18. If you only want the people who are in both or all pools, use the All Selections Filter Type.

If you want the people in any of the pools -- like an OR operator -- click the radio button next to Any Selections.

19. Your Directory list will update accordingly. Follow the previous steps to download this report to your computer.
