11 STEPS
1. This tutorial shows how to edit items in your profile, such as your name, address, phone number, primary email address used to login, or to change your password.
2. Click Profile
3. Click Edit Profile to edit details in your profile.
If you only need to change your password, click on the "Change Password" button instead.
4. The top section contains details surrounding name, nickname, date of birth, timezone, gender, and preferred pronouns. Click inside any of the fields to add or edit an item.
5. The Address section can also be edited. Use Address1 for the street address, and Address2 for an apartment, suite, or unit number.
6. Click Primary Email Address (used for login) to change the email address you use for logging into Ref Insight on your computer or in the app. Any email address in this section must be unique and not used by other Ref Insight users.
7. Up to three phone numbers can be added to your profile.
8. Race and Ethnicity information can be added in the last section.
9. Click Save Changes when finished.
10. On the Profile Details page, click Verify All Info Correct to verify all the information listed above is correct. Verifying this information on a regular basis ensures assignors are working with accurate information.
