1. This tutorial shows how to calculate the number of matches a Lead Assignor is responsible for across Competitions within an account.
2. To start, click Competitions.
3. The first step is to add a control break that will group the Competitions under each Lead Assignor.
To add a control break, click Actions.
4. Click Format, then Control Break.
5. Click Select Column to expand the dropdown list.
6. Select Lead Assignor as the column to base the control break off of.
7. Click Apply.
8. The Competitions are now listed under each Lead Assignor's name.
For this tutorial, the last name of the Lead Assignor has been blurred out.
9. Next, we will calculate a sum of the matches for each Lead Assignor.
Click Actions.
10. Click Data, then Aggregate.
11. Click Column to expand the dropdown.
12. The default function is Sum.
Select Matches to calculate a sum of the matches for each Lead Assignor.
13. Click Apply.
14. The sum of the matches for each Lead Assignor across Competitions is displayed at the bottom of each grouping.
15. Scroll down the page to see the sum for each Lead Assignor.
16. To save the settings of this report, click Actions.
17. Click Report, then Save Report.
18. Type in a name for your report. For this example, the name is "Sum of Matches by Lead Assignor". Add a description if you wish.
Click Apply when finished.

19. The settings of this report are now saved in the reports dropdown list to be used whenever needed. Information and aggregates within the report are automatically updated.
20. To download this report, click Actions.
21. Click Download
22. Click the format of the report you want to download. For this example, we will choose Excel.
23. Click Download
24. Choose the location of where you want to save this download and rename the file to make it easier to find later.
25. Rename your file and click Save.

26. Click Cancel to return to the Competitions report.
