1. This tutorial demonstrates how full-access administrators can disassociate users from their account in bulk.

2. To start, click the arrow next to Assignor Workflow to expand the dropdown.

3. Click the arrow next to Reports to expand the dropdown.

4. Click Account Stats

5. User Base gives a simple summary of officials for combinations of Activation Status and Assignment Status. This report provides a starting point to consider how many users you may want to disassociate from your account.

6. To disassociate users from your account in bulk, click Assigned by Official.

7. Let's set a filter to display users who were invited to the officials portal but did not activate their account.

Click Edit Filter to change an existing filter, click Actions/Filter to set a new filter, or click the Activated column header.

8. Click the down arrow under Expression.

9. Select No to show users who have not activated their account.

10. Click Apply

11. Let's add more filters to only include users who have zero assignments and who were not added to the account recently.

12. First, we'll add a filter to only include users who have zero assignments.

Click Actions then Filter. You could also click the Total column header and select 0.

14. Click Total -- Total on this report represents the total number of assignments.

15. Leave the Operator as = and Click Expression.

16. Type 0 in Expression and Click Apply.

17. Next, let's add a filter to only include users who were not recently added to the account. Excluding recently added users provides a grace period of your choosing for users to activate their account before being disassociated.

Click Actions.

20. Click Added to Account

21. Click Operator

22. Click < to include users prior to a specific date. Click <= to include users on a specific date and earlier.

23. Click the calendar icon.

24. Use the arrows to move through the calendar or use the arrows next to the name of the month to select the date.

25. Let's display only those users who were added to the account prior to March 1, 2024.

26. Click Apply

27. Our filters are showing non-activated users who were added to the account prior to March 1st, with zero assignments.

28. You can select individuals by checking the box next to the person's name.

29. Or you can Select All by checking the box in the column header.

30. When you have finished filtering the users as you wish, click Disassociate Selected Officials to remove them from the Directory.

31. Confirm this action by clicking Disassociate Selected Officials again. This action cannot be undone in bulk, so ensure your filters and selections are done mindfully.

32. To view, search, or restore removed users, click the arrow next to Settings to expand the dropdown.

34. To view a removed user's assignments, click the magnifying glass in the row of their name.

35. To restore a removed user, click the plus sign next to their name.
