29 STEPS
1. This tutorial shows how to add or change default game fees to match roles within the schedules of a Competition.
2. To start, click on Competitions.
3. Click the magnifying glass next to the Competition.
4. We will review two different ways of entering game fees: 1. From the Schedule level, and 2. From the Competition level.
5. From the Schedule level, click on the magnifying glass next to the schedule of interest. For this example, we will use Demo Schedule.
6. Under the Resources banner, if Show All is selected, you can simply scroll down to the Payment section.
Alternatively, click Payment to focus on that section.
7. The match roles for this schedule are displayed. Click Grid Edit to see and edit this table in a grid.
If you want to enter the game fee one match role at a time, you can click the Edit icon -- the pencil -- next to each match role instead.
8. Note the Payor cell is empty. Only full-access admins and Payor Admins can populate this cell.
If you do not have these permissions, you must first: 1) request a new Payor, and 2) make a Payor Modification Request.
9. Click here to visit the request a new payor tutorial.
Click here to visit the payor modification request tutorial to have your payor added to these cells.
10. Click Edit to edit the grid.
11. Payors can vary by match role. If you have the permissions to add a Payor, click the cell next to each match role to expand the dropdown list of payors available for this account. If you do not, add the game fees and see the tutorials in Step 9.
12. For this example, the Payor for the Referee is League A. Select this payor.
13. Click the cell under the column Game Fee to add the default game fee for this match role. The default game fee will apply to matches that are put into a status of completed during the post-match workflow, but can be adjusted later for an individual.
14. For this example, the default game fee for the Referee is $50. Type the number 50 inside the cell.
15. The same Payor will be used for each match role in this example. Repeat the previous steps to add the game fees for AR1.
16. Repeat the previous steps for AR2.
17. Repeat the previous steps for the 4th official and any other match role in the schedule.
18. Default fees for matches that are Canceled, Postponed, Forfeited, or Suspended can be entered here. If these fees vary under different circumstances, leave these defaults blank and adjust fees during the post-match workflow for each match role.
19. Click Save when finished.
20. The current schedule being viewed is indicated by the eye icon at the top right of the page. To add game fees to other schedules in this competition, click the relevant schedule to access that grid.
21. Click cancel to return to the Schedule page.
22. Click cancel again to return to the Competition page.
23. The second method to add game fees is from the Competition page. If Show All is selected, scroll down to the Payors section. Alternatively, click on Payors to focus on this section.
24. Click the Edit icon next to any match role within the relevant schedule to go to the grid where game fees will be entered.
