15 STEPS

1. This tutorial shows how to add Observers to your account.

Designating a user as an Observer gives them access to the Observer form in the Officials portal.

A Mentor or Ref Coach license is NOT required for a user to be designated as an Observer.

2. To add an Observer, click on the arrow next to Evaluation to expand the dropdown.

3. Click Observer Reports.

4. Click Observer Form Settings

5. Click Observers to focus on that section.

6. Click Edit

7. To add an Observer, click Select Person to expand the dropdown list.

8. Type the name of the person in the search bar and Press Enter to display people in the account that match the search term.

In this example, we will search for people with "ort' in their name.

9. In this example, we will add the name Ort, Josh to the Observer list. Click the name to select it.

10. Click Add Observer

11. Click Add Observer to confirm the selection.

12. The person's name has now been added to the Observers list.

To remove an Observer, click the garbage can next to the person's name.

13. Confirm the removal of the Observer by clicking OK.

14. Click cancel to exit the page.
