Dissociate Account Request

8 STEPS

1. This tutorial explains how officials can request their Ref Insight account be dissociated from an Association.

Common reasons for this request are that an official is no longer officiating or has moved to a new location.

2. From the Home page, scroll down to the Associations section. All accounts an official is part of will be listed here.

3. For this example, we will use the Ref Insight Demo Account to make our dissociation request.

4. Click the magnifying glass next to the account name you wish to request you be dissociated from.

5. Click Request to Close Account

6. Click inside the Reason for Closing Account text box and provide a reason for your request.

7. Type your reason inside the text box.

8. Click Submit Request and confirm this action if prompted.
