Dissociating and Restoring a user in your account

13 STEPS

1. This tutorial shows how to dissociate a user from your RefInsight account. It also shows how to restore a previously removed user to your account.

To start, click Directory.

2. Find the user in question and click the magnifying glass next to their name.

3. Under the User Details region, click Edit Profile.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Disassociate Official.

The user's profile will still exist within RefInsight, but the user will no longer be associated with your account.

5. Confirm this action by clicking Disassociate Official.

6. The user is no longer listed in the Directory. Their name will still appear in various reports, such as Assignments by Official.

7. To restore a disassociated user to the Directory, click Settings.

8. Click Removed Users

9. Search for the user to be restored and click the plus sign next to their name.

10. Confirm this action by clicking OK.

11. The user is no longer in the Removed Users list.

12. Click on Directory to see the restored user.

13. The user has now been restored to the Directory.
