All Sites database - filter sites for a specific state

1. This tutorial will show you how to filter the All Sites database for sites in a specific state.

2. Click on the arrow next to Settings to expand the dropdown list

3. Click Sites

4. The initial page shows the sites currently being utilized in your Competitions and Schedules.

To see a complete list of Sites within the platform, click All Sites.

5. To filter for a specific state, click the column heading State.

6. Click inside the Search bar to look for the state of interest.

In this example, we will search for Sites in Wisconsin.

7. Type in Wisconsin.

8. The dropdown list will refresh as you type.

9. Click Wisconsin to select it.

10. Note the filter for our selection now displays at the top of the report.

11. To save this filter configuration for later use, save it as a Report.

To save a report, click Actions.

12. Go to Report, and click Save Report

13. Type in a Name for your report.

14. Click Apply

15. Your Saved Report displays next to the filter you used.

16. Your new report is available in the reports dropdown to access when you wish.
