1. This tutorial shows how to set Match and Incident Reports at the Competition level.
To start, click Competitions.
2. We will use the "shrews test" Competition as an example.
Click the magnifying glass next to the Competition.
3. Click Edit Competition Record
4. If the referee needs to submit only the scores, information about the match status, and whether any crew adjustments occurred, the toggle should be on the left side.
5. Move the Match & Incident Reports toggle to the right if this Competition requires the referee to submit Match and Incident Reports.
6. Click Save Changes
7. Click Cancel to exit this page.
8. Match Reports that are in progress and submitted can be accessed from different areas of the platform.
One area is under Matches.
9. You can search and filter this report by a date range or any of the columns.
See the column Match Report to check the status of the Match Report.
10. In this example, we will filter the Match Report column to display matches with submitted Match Reports.
11. To see a specific Match report, click submitted within the relevant match.
12. There are 3 tabs within this Report:
Crew & Match Details, Match Report, and Incident Reports.
The first tab displays the Crew & Match Details.
13. Under Match Report, expand the Additional Details area for more information about the field conditions, conduct, and other items.
14. Information about field conditions, conduct of team officials, the crew, and spectators is listed, as well as if teams were late, player passes were checked, and if there was a dressing room for the referees (if relevant).
15. Cautions are listed in this area. Click on the magnifying glass to see a stacked view of the items within.
16. Click Exclude Null Values to remove the rows with no information.
17. Click Report View to return to the previous view.
18. Let's now look at a Send Off report.
Send Offs are also listed in the Match Report area, along with information for the incident report.
To look at the stacked view, click on the magnifying glass.
19. Click Exclude Null Values to hide empty rows.
20. If there are Reports from other crew members for this incident, they are displayed at the bottom of this view.
21. Click Report View to return to the main Match Report.
22. If Incident Reports for Serious Injuries, Referee Assault/Abuse, or Match Not Completed were submitted, they will appear in the Incident Reports tab. The number tells you how many were completed for this match.
