74 STEPS

1. This tutorial reviews the Account Stats report, which provides insights to assignments and related items across an account.

It also demonstrates how full-access administrators can disassociate users from their account in bulk.

Step 1 image

2. To start, click the arrow next to Assignor Workflow to expand the dropdown.

Step 2 image

3. Click the arrow next to Reports to expand the dropdown.

Step 3 image

4. Click Account Stats

Step 4 image

5. Choose the Year of interest at the top.

There are several areas of focus to choose from within this report. Let's explore each section.

Step 5 image

6. By Month shows the number of assigned and accepted assignments for each month of the year chosen within each bar.

Step 6 image

7. By Status shows the number of assignments in each of the statuses of accepted, declined, revoked, and assigned. Since the number of declines is often a concern, we will further explore the nature of these declines later in this tutorial.

Step 7 image

8. Time to Accept shows the number of days between when an assignment was released and when it was accepted.

Step 8 image

9. Assigned by Age Range (Officials) shows the number of assignments that were assigned to officials within the age ranges displayed on the left. In this example, there were 9,757 assignments assigned to officials who were 13-17 years old.

Step 9 image

10. Clicking inside the bar shows the proportion of assignments compared to the total number of assignments. In this example, the 9,757 assignments for officials aged 13-17 comprise 24% of the total assignments across the account.

Step 10 image

11. Decline by Age Range (Officials) shows how many assignments were declined by officials within the age ranges shown on the left. In this example, 3,320 assignments were declined by officials aged 13-17.

Step 11 image

12. Clicking inside the bar shows the proportion of declined assignments compared to the total number of declines. In this example, the 3,320 assignments declined by officials aged 13-17 comprise 37.5% of declined assignments across the account.

Step 12 image

13. Assigned by Official provides assignment details by person.

The report displays Total assignment counts, assignments for each quarter (for example Q1 is January through March), and assignments for each month.

Step 13 image

14. The column Added to Account can be displayed from Actions/Columns to show when the user was added to the account. Activated shows if the user has activated their account or not. Columns can be ordered as you wish.

Step 14 image

15. Click a column header to filter for a specific item within that column. For example, to filter for only those users who have activated their account, click the column header Activated and choose Yes.

Step 15 image

16. The report can be sorted in various ways by clicking on a column header. For example, you can sort the report by the Total column in ascending order (from lowest to highest) by clicking the up arrow.

Step 16 image

17. The report will be sorted in ascending order.

Step 17 image

18. Or you can sort the report by the Total column in descending order (from highest to lowest) by clicking the down arrow. Many other filtering and sorting options are available from the Actions interactive menu.

Step 18 image

19. Let's take a deeper look at declines from the Declines by Official area. The Total column for this report displays the total number of declines for each official in the year chosen.
