30 STEPS

1. This tutorial reviews how to share a Public URL for matches within a Competition with stakeholders outside the RefInsight platform, such as League or Competition administrators, parents, or officials.

2. From the Admin and Assigning portal, click Competitions

3. Click the magnifying glass next to the relevant Competition.

4. Click Public URL

5. Clicking the hyperlink opens a new tab with the matches.

Copy this URL to your clipboard and paste it into your communication to distribute the URL to your stakeholders or post it on a website for parents and fans.

6. The public URL opens a page with the name of the Competition and provides several filters in the top section.

7. To focus on a specific Schedule, click the dropdown.

8. Click the schedule of interest.

9. The matches within the U19 schedule now display.

As scores are entered by officials, they will automatically appear in the Score column.

10. The Matches section has an interactive menu for additional filtering and sorting.

11. For example, a specific home team can be chosen by clicking on the Home Team column header and selecting a team.

12. The report is now filtered for this home team within the U19 schedule.

13. Click Remove Filter to view the entire U19 schedule.

14. Use the Date filters to narrow down your search to a specific date or dates.

15. Click the specific Start Date on the calendar.

16. Click here

17. Click the specific End Date on the calendar.

18. Click Search Report for more general searches, such as a team name to look for their Home and Away matches.

19. For this example, we did a general search for the team PCU u18G Red and found their schedule for the weekend.

20. The report can be downloaded at any stage in various formats.

Click Actions

21. Click Download

22. Choose the format you want for the download.

23. Click Download

24. Click Close when finished.

25. For stakeholders who are in the Competition Portal, they also have access to the Public URL and can distribute it as they wish.

26. Within the Competition Portal, click Main Navigation to expand the menu.

27. Click Competition

28. Click the hyperlink next to Public URL to open the page.

29. Or click Copy Public URL to Clipboard to paste it into a communication or post it to a website for public access.

30. Thank you for watching the tutorial on sharing a Public URL with stakeholders outside the RefInsight platform, such as League or Competition administrators, parents, or officials.
