1. This tutorial reviews new columns added to the Directory page.

2. To add these new columns to this report, click Actions.

3. Click Columns

4. To see if the user is an account administrator, either full-access, regular access, or regular access and an assignor, double-click Account Admin to move it to the right side of the shuttle.

5. To see when this person was added to Ref Insight, double-click Added.
The Added By item shows who added that person to the account.

6. To see when this person last logged in to Ref Insight, double-click Last Login (et).

7. To see if this person has been invited to the Officials Portal, double-click Invited to Officials Portal.

8. Sort your columns as you like by selecting the item and using the up and down arrows.

9. Click Apply when finished.

10. A new default column called Access Type shows what type of access the user has. Users with multiple access levels will show the highest-level access.
Click the column header to see the different access types and filter for one item.

11. To see all the assignors in the account, click Assignor.
Other options are Full Access Administrators, Regular Access, Observers, and Referees.
Use Actions/Filter for more complex filtering options.

12. Use the Control Break shortcut to organize the report into Access Types.

13. In this example, we can see Assignors who have also been invited to the Officials portal.
