How to cancel a self-assigned match

10 STEPS

1. This tutorial shows officials how to notify an assignor a self-assigned game needs to be turned back or canceled.

2. Click on Self Assign in the menu.

3. Matches that have been self-assigned by the official will display under the Pending Requests area.

Note the assignor set this match to go into tentative status.

4. To turn back this self-assigned match, click the garbage can icon next to the relevant match.

5. Click inside the Reason area to enter a reason why you are canceling this self-assigned match.

6. Type the Reason in the text box and click Cancel Assignment.

7. The match is now removed from the Pending Requests area.

8. Other available matches for self-assign will still display in this section.

9. The assignor will receive an automatic notification that you have canceled the self-assigned match.
