93 STEPS

1. Welcome to Part 2 of the Referee Ratings 4-part tutorial series. This tutorial reviews how to set and edit ratings for individual officials or groups of officials. Common criteria to set ratings for officials are also reviewed.

2. Expand the Filters area to select targeted groups of officials.

3. Filter for one or more Pools by double-clicking your selections to move them to the right side of the shuttle.

Filter for one or more USSF Licenses by double-clicking your selections to move them to the right side of the shuttle.

4. Selecting items from both areas functions as an AND operator.

For example, selecting Demo Pool and Regional Referee license will display officials who meet both of these criteria.

5. For this example, we will double-click Demo pool to select it.

6. Click Apply Filters

7. Use the interactive menu to filter or sort and help target a specific subgroup.

For example, you can use Years of Experience, Assignments (Year to Date), Assignments (Career), Age, Gender, or if the official is a minor. Tags can also be used.

8. Click Actions/Filter for more complex filtering. Click any column header for quick, single-item filtering, sorting (up and down arrows), or setting control breaks (right-most icon).

9. Assignments (career) are hyperlinked for easy access to the specific assignments of an official.

Click an official's Last Name to go to their full Profile.

10. Let's see the specific assignments for Margaret Edwards.

11. You can select other officials from the Select Official dropdown to see their assignments.

Click Cancel to return to the Ratings page.

12. Let's sort this list based on Assignments (career).

Click this column header.

14. Let's select the individual officials with the highest number of career assignments and set their ratings.

15.

16. Click Edit Selected

17. Click each match role to select the official's rating based on the Scale we created in part 1 of the tutorial series.

19. We'll do the same for the AR1 role.

20. Select 15. All Levels/Roles

21. And for the AR2 role.
